Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run an affiliate account and pay you correctly:

• Account data — name, email address, and the password hash for your publisher login.
• Contact and payout data — payment method details such as UPI ID, bank account or PayPal address, and the name on the account.
• Traffic and tracking data — IP address, device and browser information, referrer, click timestamps, sub-affiliate / sub-ID values, and conversion records.
• Communications — support messages you send us, including anything you share in @IND_Flash_Live or with @IND_FLASH_BOT.
• Technical data — server logs, session identifiers and cookies used to keep you logged in and to prevent abuse.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your publisher account and tracking links.
• To attribute clicks and conversions, calculate earnings, and process payouts.
• To detect fraud, bots, duplicate clicks and other abuse of the network.
• To send service messages — approval notices, payout status, and important network updates.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and session tokens. These are required for the platform to function: keeping you signed in, remembering interface preferences, and detecting suspicious repeat traffic. Disabling cookies will prevent parts of the panel from loading correctly.

4. Sharing your data

Your information is shared only where it is necessary, and only with:

• Advertisers — aggregated performance reports for campaigns you run. Advertisers receive transaction and event data, not your full account profile.
• Payment processors — the minimum details required to send you money.
• Service providers — hosting, email delivery and infrastructure partners acting on our instructions.
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the security of the platform and its users.

5. Data retention

Click and conversion records are retained for the period required by our advertisers for reconciliation and dispute handling — typically up to 24 months. Account and payout records are retained for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting rules after closure. You can request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.

6. Data security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to account and payout data is limited to staff who need it, and all data in transit is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data.
• Object to, or restrict, certain uses of your data.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications.

To exercise any of these, contact us at support@indflash.shop or via the support bot. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Third-party services

Our site loads fonts and icon assets from third-party CDNs, and links to Telegram. Those providers may log your IP address as part of serving those files. Using Telegram means your conversations there are governed by Telegram's own privacy policy, not this one.

9. Children

The network is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in @IND_Flash_Live.
